T20 Compression Load Cell

The T20 load cell is specifically designed as a reliable, simple, low cost solution for weighing of tanks, silos and process vessels where level measurement is the main requirement. The unique pan cake type design facilitates low profile, extremely compact mounting and as a result load cell can be used even in very low headroom spaces. T20 offers an excellent compromise between accuracy and cost. Other application includes Universal Testing Machines, Platform Scales and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).

T20 is fully welded and hermetically sealed stainless steel compression disc load cell, protected to IP68 & IP69K, with a mounting accessory available in zinc plated steel or stainless steel. This is an ideal combination for applications in harsh environments that require regular wash-down cleaning.

Load cells can be fitted under all legs of the silo, vessel or hopper, but where cost is critical then dummy/false load cells (or pivot joints) can be fitted underneath one or more of the legs.

This is a cost-effective solution, designed with the needs of silo/tank manufacturers and weighing system integrators in mind.

The T20 load cell comes with Polyurethane cable, which has high toughness and resistance to cuts, chemicals, UV radiation, rodent (rat) bites and damage from cuts/impacts.
