ISO 9001:2015 (previously ISO 9001:2008)At Thames Side we are extremely proud of our commitment to Quality, demonstrated by our certification to ISO 9001:2015 and our exceptionally low warranty claim rate. You may view the Thames Side Sensors ISO certificate here. ISO 9001:2015 is the updated version of the previous ISO 9001:2008 standard and it was published in September 2015. For companies such as Thames Side Sensors Ltd., who are already certified to ISO 9001:2008, a 3-year transition period was granted so it was not essential for us to comply with this new standard until September 2018. However, we are proactive in constantly improving our QMS (Quality Management System) and we worked very hard to ensure that we were certified - 1 year before the 2018 deadline. |
